Hua-Ming DING, a Senior Economist, is currently the Director of the Third Business Coordination Department of Payment and Clearing Association of China, and the head of the Financial Technology Business. He once worked in the Business Management Department of The People's Bank of China. In 2011, he participated in the preparatory establishment of Payment and Clearing Association of China and was the head of the Member Services and Training Department. In 2017, he was responsible for launching the Financial Technology Professional Committee of Payment and Clearing Association of China. Mr. Ding has also participated in the editing of 2018 Special Analysis Report on China`s Financial Technology Market and the book Innovative Application of Financial Big Data. In addition, he has published more than 20 professional articles in journals such as “China Finance” and “Financial Computerizing”.

Ran Canetti is a Professor of Computer Science in Boston University, where he directs the center for Reliable Information System and Cyber Security. He is also a Professor of Computer Science (on leave) at Tel Aviv University, where he is the Director of the Check Point Institute for Information Security. He is also a Fellow of the International Association for Cryptologic Research, an incumbent of the RSA Award in Mathematics 2018. Canetti’s research interests span multiple aspects of cryptography and information security, with emphasis on the design, analysis and use of cryptographic protocols. He introduced universally composable security, co-authored the HMAC message authentiation protocol, and co-introduced zero-knowledge succinct proofs (ZK-snarks). Recently he has been collaborating with law scholars in hope to jointly create effective Internet governance for the public good.
魏凯/ Carl Wegner，R3常务董事，亚太总监。自2016年，魏凯先生负责R3亚太区域的销售和运营。他在现金管理、机构银行业务、金融供应链和近来的的分布式账本技术方面拥有30多年的国际公司亚洲高层主管经验。目前他带领着R3亚太跨国团队建立战略联盟，为公司增加收入并渗透市场。魏凯先生此前担任过德意志银行（中国）的常务董事，全球交易银行的主管，以及台湾渣打银行交易银行业务的常务董事。他也曾是技术公司TradeCard（现名GTNexus）的中国首席代表，并于2000年在亚洲创建了销售和运营团队。魏凯先生主攻金融供应链和金融科技，也曾在台北美国商会担任财务主管和台北美国学校董事会成员。魏凯先生拥有乔治城大学汉语与中国历史的学士学位。
Carl Wegner, the Managing Director, Head of Asia at R3. Carl Wegner has been running the sales and operations in the APAC region for R3 since 2016. Armed with over 30 years’ experience in Asia in Cash Management, Institutional Banking, Financial Supply Chain and more recently Distributed ledger Technology, he has forged strategic alliances that has led to revenue growth and market penetration for R3. Carl’s prior experience includes holding the roles of Managing Director and Head of Global Transaction banking, Greater China of Deutsche Bank and Managing Director of Transaction Banking for Standard Chartered Bank in Taiwan. He was also formerly the Chief Representative of a technology firm, TradeCard (now GTNexus) in China and set up their sales and operations teams in Asia starting in 2000. Carl specialises in Financial Supply Chain and Fintech, and has held posts as Treasurer of the American Chamber of Commerce in Taipei and Board Member of the Taipei American School. He holds a B.S. in both Chinese Language and Chinese history from Georgetown University.
Qun XIN is the Deputy Division Chief of Anti-Unfair Competition Division, State Administration for Market Regulation. She participated in the drafting of legislation concerning supporting regulations of Anti-Monopoly Law and investigations of monopoly behaviors. Since 2014, she has hosted and directed the law enforcement agencies at provisional levels to investigate and deal with many cases related to the abuse of administrative power that eliminates or restricts competition. She has engaged in competition policy research and international cooperation on competition enforcement. Currently, she has been taking part in the legislative work of relative regulations of Anti-Unfair Competition Law, investigation of unfair competition cases and supervision of local authorities' enforcement of Anti-Unfair Competition Law.

Johan Vandromme, First Counsellor, Delegation of the European Union to China. Mr. Vandromme has been covering Competition Policy and Consumer Protection affairs at the EU Delegation to China since September 2018. Before joining the Delegation in China, he was serving as the Deputy Head of the Trade Section of the Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of Korea. Between 2009 and 2013, he was serving the European Commission in EU-China Trade and Competition matters from the Beijing Delegation. Prior to relocating to China, he worked as a Senior Foreign Consultant in Kim & Chang's Antitrust & Competition Practice Group from 2007 to 2009. Mr. Vandromme’s practice areas included merger notifications, mergers and acquisitions and other cross-border corporate transactions and defence of antitrust investigations. Mr. Vandromme has worked for the European Commission since 2001. Previously he held various positions in the Directorate General for Competition, notably in the area of State Aid and as the Head of the Department's internal audit capability, from 2001 to 2006. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Katholieke University of Leuven (Belgium), a degree in European Law from the Institute of European Studies, Strasbourg, and majored in Economics at the University Faculty St-Ignatius of Antwerp, Belgium.
宋健，江苏省高级人民法院审判委员会委员、副巡视员、二级高级法官，2008年5月－2016年7月年担任江苏省高级人民法院知识产权庭庭长。2004年开始专业从事知识产权审判工作。2012年入选全国首批“全国知识产权领军人才”，2014年被最高人民法院评为 “全国审判业务专家”，2015年3月和2018年4月被聘为最高人民法院知识产权司法保护研究中心研究员。主审天津天隆种业科技有限公司与江苏徐农种业科技有限公司侵犯植物新品种权纠纷案入选 2014年全国法院知识产权司法保护十大创新性案件，2017年3月9日被最高人民法院公布为指导性案例86号。
Jian SONG, the member of the Adjudication Committee, Deputy Inspector and Senior Judge（Second Rank）of Jiangsu Higher People's Court, served as the Chief Judge of Intellectual Property Division of Jiangsu Higher People's Court from May 2008 to July 2016. From 2004, she began to specialize in the trial of intellectual property rights. In 2012, she was selected as the first " National Intellectual Iroperty Leader" in China and in 2014 was awarded as "The National Expert on Trial Business" by the Supreme People's Court. And in March 2015 and April 2018, she was hired as a Researcher at the Research Center for Judicial Protection of Intellectual Property Rights of the Supreme People's Court. The trial dispute, presided over by Jian SONG, between Tianjin Tianlong Seed Industry Technology co., ltd vs. Jiangsu Xunong Seed Industry Technology co., ltd over infringement of the right to new plant varieties was selected into the top 10 innovative cases of judicial protection of intellectual property rights by the Supreme People's Court in 2014, and was chosen as NO. 86 Guiding Case by the Supreme People's Court on March 9, 2017.
Ming YANG is a Professor of Peking University Law School and Doctor supervisor. He graduated from Renmin University of China (Ph.D. in Law). He was once a visiting scholar of University of California Berkeley, and he is also the Deputy Director of the Internet Law Center of Peking University. His research mainly focuses on intellectual property law, internet law and competition law. Professor Yang has written books including The Research on Intellectual Property Anspruch—Taking Anti-Unfair Competition as one main Object of Review (PEKING UNIVERSITY PRESS); The Legal Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage (PEKING UNIVERSITY PRESS, 2014) and translated a book named Accountability: A Public Law Analysis of Government (CHINA RENMIN UNIVERSITY PRESS,2015). He also published a large number of articles in leading IP journals like INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, SCIENCE OF LAW, ELECTRONICS INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY and etc.
Qin-Kun ZHANG is the Secretary-General of Tencent Research Institute, and a Ph.D. in Law. Dr. Zhang’s major research interests lie in digital content industry, digital copyright, network-related unfair competition, digital business ecosystem, internet regulation, etc. He has issued several papers on China’s leading journals, including Another perspective on Chinese internet development: Regulations from top and Research on Chinese Legal regulation of unfair competition of the network, which are widely discussed in Chinese Internet community and Chinese cyber industry. Ahead of joining Tencent, Dr. Zhang gained his doctoral degree from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, and then served at Chinese Copyright Protection Center of NCAC.
